Börek
Our Börek is made of a dough which is similar to french pastry or puff pastry. Because of the high quality of the dough and over 20 years' experience of our company our Börek has a unique flavor. In the oven the humidity of the butter and the pastry are transformed to steam because of the sudden heat. This phenomenon seperates the dough into several layers and makes ist consistence fluffy.
While eating you will experience the irresistible taste. We produce our Börek fresh and frozen in four diffrent versions, with cheese, mince, spinach and cheese and with potatoes and young vegetables.
