Falafel are fried balls made of mashed chickpeas, spices and herbs (to bring out the savoring taste we add some vegetables), which are especially appreciated as small snacks.
Originary from Egypt, you can eat Falafel nowadays in almost any oriental or fast food restaurant throughout Europe.
Usually the Falafel is served with sesame sauce (Tahina) and salad (sometimes as well in a bread).
